We use nothing but fresh veggies, meats and seafoods, prepared with special utensils used only for gluten free diners. We will soon have a full menu including gluten free bread and pasta’s. Our gluten free customers currently eat items such as Angelina’s Special which is a half of a broiled chicken, baked in a garlic white wine sauce and served with sauteed vegetables. We feature salmon, shrimp, swordfish, mussles and many other chicken dishes which are all prepared completley gluten free.

The ingredients used in a majority of our regular menu items
naturally are Gluten Free, such as corn tortillas, etc. We have taken
this a step further and offer a Gluten Free menu that has all GF items
that either are normally GF or with small modifications have been made
to be GF. (substituing a sauce, eliminating breading, etc.) All GF
orders by guests are treated special – new pans to cook things in,
etc.
